Planbooks Service Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Account: Customer has to notify us to cancel automatic renewal at least 30 business days prior to the account expiration date.
- If the customer wants to cancel the service before one complete monthly cycle, no partial refund will be given based on the number of days services used. The invoicing for the subsequent months will stop.
